NAMiTA is inspired by the warm memories of my childhood, where every weekend, my mom and grandmother would lovingly oil my hair. Those moments were more than a routine; they were a tradition of care, connection, and nurturing—a bond that has stayed with me through the years. Ayurveda, with its deep respect for nature and its powerful remedies, became the foundation of these rituals and my inspiration to create NAMiTA.
